• 30 days from delivery to return anything
• Email contact@itslunarbass.com with your order number before sending anything back
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Send it back tracked, at your cost, and keep your proof of postage
• Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund you within 14 days

• Need a different size? Email us and we'll sort it
• You cover return postage and shipping on the replacement

Cancellations

• Every garment is made for your order, so production starts straight away
• Orders usually can't be stopped once placed, but you can return it once it arrives, following the returns process above. In any case, email contact@itslunarbass.com and we will provide next steps

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

• Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos
• We replace where the run allows, or refund in full including all shipping
• If we need it back, refund or change will start when it arrives to us, and return postage is on us
