Shipping Policy

The short version

Every Lunar Bass garment is made for your order, it doesn't exist until you buy it. Production takes 3 to 7 business days, then shipping time on top depends on where you are. You'll get a tracking link the moment it's dispatched. We ship worldwide.

Made to order

We don't hold warehouses of stock, because our runs are limited and every piece is printed when you order it. That's part of what keeps drops small and garments rare.

It also means your order has two stages:

Production: 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation, while your garment is printed and quality checked. Shipping: from dispatch to your door, depending on your location and the option chosen at checkout.

During drop launches and holiday periods, production can run slightly longer.

Dispatch and tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it. If the tracking hasn't moved for a few days, don't panic, carriers sometimes scan late, especially on international legs. If it's been quiet for more than a week, email us and we'll chase it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. You'll see the exact cost before paying, no surprises after.

Customs and import charges

Our garments are produced and dispatched from international fulfilment facilities. Depending on your country, including the UK, your order may attract import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees on arrival. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility. If a parcel is refused because charges weren't paid, our Returns and Refund Policy explains what happens next.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double check your address at checkout. Orders go into production immediately and address changes after dispatch usually aren't possible. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, reshipping is at your cost, full details in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order seems lost or is taking far longer than the estimate, email contact@itslunarbass.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either get it moving or make it right with a replacement or refund. You won't be left holding the problem.
