1. Who we are

This website (itslunarbass.com) and store are operated by Julian Debbag, trading as Lunar Bass, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

By placing an order through this store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before ordering. If anything is unclear, contact us first, we answer.

2. Our products and how drops work

Lunar Bass releases clothing in limited drops. Each design is available for a limited run only. Once a drop closes or sells out, the design is retired and will not be produced again. No restocks, no reruns.

Because runs are limited, availability of any design, size, or colour is not guaranteed and can end at any time.

Garments are produced on demand by our production partner once you place your order. Minor variations in print placement, colour, and finish can occur between garments. This is part of how the product is made and is not a defect.

Product images are for illustration. Colours may display differently depending on your screen.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. Acceptance happens when we confirm the order has entered production or been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or where our production partner cannot fulfil it. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

Please check your size, shipping address, and contact details carefully before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Because garments enter production shortly after ordering, we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, but we will always try.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store your payment details; payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Production and delivery

Because each garment is made to order, delivery time has two parts:

Production time: typically 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Shipping time: depends on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays with carriers or production can occur, especially around drop launches and holidays.

We ship worldwide. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Customs and import taxes

Our garments are produced and dispatched from international fulfilment facilities. Depending on your country, including the UK, local authorities may charge import duties, customs fees, or taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility as the customer.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us because import charges were not paid, we can refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.

7. Your right to cancel (14 day cooling off period)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email contact@itslunarbass.com within that period stating your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

If you cancel your entire order within this period and return the goods, we will refund the full price of the goods. If you return only part of an order, we refund the price of the returned items.

8. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, whether you are exercising your legal cancellation right or simply changed your mind.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Try garments on the way you would in a shop; items showing signs of wear beyond that may not be refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for the goods until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email when you contact us.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, in full, with no restocking fees or deductions (other than as described in these terms for reduced value due to handling).

9. Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us and we will arrange it where possible. Because our runs are limited, exchanges depend on availability: if your size or design has sold out or the drop has closed, we will refund you instead. Sold out means gone, that applies to exchanges too.

10. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item where the run allows, or refund you in full, including all shipping costs. In this case, return postage (where a return is needed) is on us.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent local consumer law.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, images, logos, and branding on this site and on our garments are the property of Lunar Bass and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a garment gives you ownership of that garment, not a licence to reproduce, resell prints of, or commercially exploit the designs.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or production partner disruption.

The Services and products are provided for personal, non commercial use.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this site at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
