You have 30 days from delivery to return anything. Email contact@itslunarbass.com with your order number first and we will reply with the return address and next steps. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, sent back on a tracked service at your cost. Once your return arrives we refund you in full to your original payment method, no restocking fees nor questions asked.

Yes. Email us and we will sort an exchange where the run allows. You need to ship us the items you want to change back. If your size has sold out, we refund you in full instead.

Check our detailed size charts, which include chest, length and shoulder measurements. When in doubt, measure your favourite piece at home and compare it to our size guide.

Once your item is ready to be shipped, we send you an email with tracking details. Use that tracking number on the carrier's site to follow it to your door. If you have doubts, email contact@itslunarbass.com and we'll let you know more details of where your order sits.

Every Lunar Bass piece is made to order, so our total fulfilment time is 8 to 16 days. Average is 10 days.

Almost. We work with shipping partners that allow us to deliver nearly globally, including all over US, EU, UK, and many other places. However, some specific countries are excluded due to import restrictions. If you access the store from a country we can't ship to, you'll see all items as Sold Out and won't be able to purchase.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace where the run allows, or refund in full including all shipping. If we need it back, the refund or replacement starts when it arrives to us, and return postage is on us.
