  • Send it back tracked, at your cost, and keep your proof of postage
  • Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund you within 14 days

  • You cover return postage and shipping on the replacement

Cancellations

  • Every garment is made for your order, so production starts straight away
  • Orders usually can't be stopped once placed, but you can return it once it arrives, following the returns process above. In any case, email contact@itslunarbass.com and we will provide next steps

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos
  • We replace where the run allows, or refund in full including all shipping
  • If we need it back, refund or change will start when it arrives to us, and return postage is on us

How do i find the right size ?

Check our detailed size charts, which include chest, length and shoulder measurements. When in doubt, measure your favourite piece at home and compare it to our size guide.
What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything. Email contact@itslunarbass.com with your order number first and we will reply with the return address and next steps. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, sent back on a tracked service at your cost. Once your return arrives we refund you in full to your original payment method, no restocking fees. Need a different size? Email us and we will sort an exchange where the run allows, with you covering return postage and shipping on the replacement. If your size has sold out, we refund you in full instead.
How can I track my order?

Every piece is printed to order, nothing sits in a warehouse. It takes us 7 to 14 days from your order until delivery at your door. Average is 9 days. If in doubt of where your order is sitting, email contact@itslunarbass.com. We're always around to help.
